Description:
Designed for guinea pigs or small rabbit breeds, but could be used by any other suitable sized rodents too. Provides one turret, with ground floor level only in each. Each can be positioned individually to suit your requirements and setup, or addons can be purchased to enlarge your setup. Tunnel add-ons can be positioned anywhere around a turret. All doorways are species specific and suitably sized. We aim to ensure that our products are large and robust enough to suit your furry friends.
 
Modular:
The design allows any combination of turrets & tunnels to suit your requirements, setup and budget. Turrets can be used singly without an interconnecting tunnel, or can be built up to a full size four sided fort or larger if so wished. The design also allows the tunnels to be positioned around each turret so an L, H, U or Z shaped type configuration can be achieved if desired. No other castle arrangement is as flexible to allow you to build up as you'd wish.
Separate tunnels and turrets are available, or if you require a bespoke setup let us know and we can price for your specific requirements.
Enriching:
Gives your piggies lots of safe places to hide, eat and relax with minimal disturbance. Use on its own or in conjunction with other products. The tunnels provide lots of places to hide and explore with the ability to change the arrangement to keep their interest and prevent boredom.

The Poplar we use is a very specific fast growing strain, specifically developed for the plywood industry and it is harvested in Northern Italy. The species is synonymous with environmental protection as it is known to improve the quality of air and water, protect the biodiversity of natural habitats and is a renewable and sustainable resource.
The wood we source is not harvested from areas where traditions or civil rights have been violated or where there are ongoing armed conflicts. All timber is from areas that have not been menaced, illegally cultivated or sourced from natural areas converted into plantations with genetically modified trees (GMOs).
 
Finish:
Comes unfinished so can be painted or varnished to suit your requirements.
Please ensure you use pet safe paints or varnish.
PLEASE NOTE! Be aware that painting and varnishing our products may make it difficult to slot the parts together. Please consider the method prior to carrying this out. Carry this out using one of the following methods:
 
1. Paint/varnish once assembled, but this may make disassembly difficult.
2. Test paint on an area first where a tab a slot are assembled. Once happy continue on the remainder of parts.
3. Paint but avoid the tabs and slots so that these areas remain free to slot together.

Cleaning:
Should thorough cleaning be required carefully disassemble in reverse order. Clean with suitable disinfectants, for example with a pet safe vinegar and water solution. Simply reassemble as required.
