Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We ship all our items in recyclable or biodegradable materials, using paper bubble wrap, cardboard, brown paper and paper based tapes & labels.

All items are sent using Hermes tracked and signed, and should be with you within 3-5 days maximum from dispatching your order. We will dispatch items depending upon availability of stock and materials at the time, please check individual products at time of purchase. If in doubt please ask, we will do all we can to get your purchase to you as soon as possible.

UK Delivery
We currently offer UK delivery on a weight basis. All items up to 10kg are priced at £5 for delivery. If multiple items are purchased up to this limit, it will still be the same amount. Over 10kg, this price is £8

Overseas Delivery
We will deliver worldwide, our current options are limited, however please let us know where you are and what products you are interested in and we will provide you with options and prices to suit.

Missing Parcels
Please get in touch straightaway if you suspect your package has been lost or mislaid. We will look into it ASAP and get another item sent out to you as quickly as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason within 28 days, then please get in touch by emailing us at info@happyhenryshomes.co.uk to let us know your reason for return and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

The customer will be required to pay for return postage, unless the item is faulty for any reason. In this case, then please take photos and email us with details so we can assess the issue first.

Please ensure any returned item is packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging where possible. Any damage to the items upon return will mean refund or exchange won't be possible. This includes any marks or damage from chewing, nibbling, urine or defecation etc, as well as damage occurring from poorly wrapped or packaged items.
